Refund Policy
Solaread is operated by Suwen Works Inc., Ontario, Canada. Effective immediately. Last updated: July 27, 2026.
Paid Solaread subscriptions are sold and billed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. This policy explains cancellation, refund requests, and your legal rights.
1. Subscription charges
Solaread subscriptions are billed monthly. Except where required by applicable law or expressly approved as an exception, completed subscription charges are non-refundable. We do not offer a general no-reason refund period for initial purchases or renewal charges.
2. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time through the customer portal linked in Settings → Billing. Cancellation prevents the next renewal charge. Your paid plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
3. Account deletion
Deleting your Solaread account immediately cancels any linked subscription to prevent future renewal. Account deletion does not automatically refund a charge that has already been completed.
4. Requesting an exception
If you believe a charge was made in error, was duplicated, or should be refunded because of a legal right or exceptional circumstance, email support@solaread.com using the email address on your Solaread account. Include the transaction date and Paddle receipt or transaction reference if available. Do not send full payment-card details.
We review each eligible request individually. Approval, amount, and timing depend on the circumstances, applicable law, and Paddle's payment processing. An exception request is not complete until Paddle confirms the refund or credit.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws of your place of residence. Where applicable law requires a refund, withdrawal right, or other remedy, that law takes priority over this policy.
